Ladies will gather outside Samaj Bhavan Hall in the area where Tulsi Plant is kept, perform Samoohik Chudi Pooja and exchange Chudis with each other as per traditions of our Samaj

17th Annual General Body Meeting

Time : 11.30 PM to 01.30 PM

Agenda

1. To appoint President/Chairman for the AGM,
2. To present Secretary’s Annual Report on activities of the Samaj for the year 2021-22 ended on 31st March 2022,
3. To consider and adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts of the Samaj for the year 2021-22.
4. To appoint Auditor for the year 2022-23,
5. To appoint/elect Office bearers for Management Committee of the Samaj for the current year 2022-23 and
6. Any other matter with the permission of the President/Chairman of AGM.
